This two part series will explore getting more involved in the Rangers. Today's first part will share a story about chance, luck, kismet, right place at the right time and one person leading a Ranger group for 16 years.
I got to spend a lovely afternoon with Rooster. He is such a very mellow fellow. If you never understood what Art Car Wranglers did, now is your chance.
Next week, Lies and Subterfuge, our biggest laugh, and some history of tending to burns.

Rangers Splinter and Crow discuss the formation of the first "Cadre" within the Ranger Department, The Mentor Cadre. They discuss how the modern mentoring program within the Black Rock Rangers came about, Regional Rangering, Retreats, having a single person (Maniac at the helm-MATH! Hah) in charge of things, and The Longs.
If you are itching for more, leave a comment. It's how we get the help to well help. Tell them you want more.
